Strong teaching focus on foundation level courses. Deeply involved with Arts and Humanities 150, an introduction to the arts and humanities of western civilization.
Maintain ceramic and sculpture studio.
Maintain all studio equipment including outdoor kiln, building of Raku kiln, electric kiln repairs, pugmill repair, organized sculpture lab and repair of all power equipment including table saw, band saw, as well as welding area.

Complete development of the capstone course criteria for art majors. This document began development in 2007 and has concluded in 2012-13 with the groups, HLC, OBR and NCATE accepting the work as not needing further review for a ten year period. Continued data is being kept on each major/minor.

Gave lecture on the building and firing of wood kiln to faculty.

Received grant from University for development of molds. This information was used in the ceramics 321 course.

Raku workshop, Zanesville Museum of Art, Zanesville, Ohio, July 20, Exhibiting 50 works of clay art. The day long event required that I build a Raku kiln on site, make and bring glazes, make and bring ceramic pottery, instruct the public on all techniques including post firing reduction. Also offered this service at the museum.
